Draftique Reporting Privacy Policy

Draftique Reporting is an internal social media reporting system used by Draftique to connect client social platforms, sync authorized reporting data, and generate client performance reports.

Information We Access
Draftique Reporting connects to Meta/Facebook and Instagram only after an authorized admin or client representative approves access. The system may access Page profile details, connected Instagram Business account details, public media metadata, post captions, post performance metrics, follower counts, reach, impressions, engagement, and related reporting insights where the platform makes them available.

How We Use Information
We use connected platform data only to prepare, review, export, and archive social media performance reports for Draftique clients. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use connected platform data for unrelated advertising or profiling.

Storage and Security
Access tokens are handled server-side and are not displayed in the dashboard. Client platform mappings, synced reporting snapshots, and report history are stored for operational reporting purposes. Access is restricted by role so account managers only work with assigned clients.

Sharing
Report data is shared only with Draftique team members and the relevant client stakeholders for reporting, review, and account-management purposes. We do not transfer connected platform data to third parties except infrastructure providers needed to run the service.

Data Retention
Draftique keeps reporting records only as long as needed for client reporting, audit history, and business operations. A client may request deletion of connected account data and saved reporting snapshots at any time.

Data Deletion
Clients can request removal of connected platform data, OAuth connections, synced snapshots, and generated reports by contacting Draftique.
